A heritage listed home in Wahroonga has been sold by the Loxton family for $2.32 million.

Last sold in 2013, the home built in 1962 to a design by architect Russell Jack sold for $1.9 million.

It won the Wilkinson Award for Outstanding Architectural Merit in 1963.

Tim Fraser of Di Jones marketed the house.

Situated at 36 Cleveland Street, the property sold to a local family for $120,000 over reserve.

It traded in 1988 at $710,000.

Known as Jacobs House, it was designed for the former High Court judge Sir Kenneth Jacobs.

Said to be designed to Sir Ken’s specifications, the pavilion-style house sits on a 1,534 square metre Cleveland Street holding.
